Privacy Policy

Our full Privacy Policy is in final legal review ahead of paid launch. It is deliberately short, because we deliberately collect very little. Here is what is already true:

• The free Muster Score self-assessment stores your answers, scores, and gaps only in your own browser (localStorage). They never reach our servers, and clearing your browser data deletes them.
• We never accept CUI or file uploads of any kind.
• If you ask us to email your score or join our early-access list, we store the email address you provide, a non-CUI summary of your result (your score and gap counts — never your answers), and — only if you choose to enter them — your company name and role, so we can send what you asked for. Unsubscribe or request deletion anytime.
• We log basic usage events (such as a pricing-page view) tagged with a random visitor id — not your name or email — to understand how the site is used. We use no third-party advertising trackers and no tracking cookies.
• We do not sell personal information.
• When hosted accounts and payments launch, payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see or store your card number.
