Muster Partner Engine for RPOs, MSPs & compliance consultants
Stop hand-writing SSPs.
Practitioner hours are the ceiling on your client count, and documentation burns most of them. Muster drafts the SSP and POA&M from each client's own assessment answers, under your brand, so every practitioner carries more clients without working more nights.
Partner deals are signed by the owner, not a checkout page. You get a direct reply.
The economics, in one table
Roughly 80,000 companies need CMMC Level 2 (32 CFR 170 final-rule estimates); 1,391 Level 2 certifications had been issued as of the May 2026 Cyber AB town hall. The work is coming to your door either way. The question is how many clients each practitioner can carry when it does. Your fixed cost: $3,000/yr. Per client:
| Clients on the platform | Your cost | What unlocks |
|---|---|---|
| 1–9 active clients | $200/client/mo | Deal registration, onboarding in under a week, and co-branded dashboards and documents |
| 10–24 active clients | $150/client/mo | Full white-label: your brand alone on the dashboard and on every generated document |
| 25+ active clients | $100/client/mo | Scale pricing, so your margin grows with your roster |
Set that against your rate card: readiness engagements run $5–50K and retainers $2–8K/month. The spread is yours. We take no cut of your engagement, and your platform cost per client never exceeds $200/month.
What the Partner Engine includes
Your brand on the work
The dashboard your clients log into and the SSP and POA&M drafts they receive carry your branding: co-branded from client one, full white-label at 10+ active clients.
Writing hours become review hours
Drafts are assembled from each client's own structured assessment answers, so your practitioners review and refine instead of typing from a blank page. Your judgment is the product; the typing never was.
A lead magnet that is actually yours
The co-branded Muster Score widget puts the free instant assessment on your site, under your name. Every contractor who runs it lands in your pipeline, not ours.
Deal registration + a no-poach pledge
Register a client and they are yours: your contract, your pricing, your renewal. We run no field sales team, and the no-poach pledge is written into the partner agreement.
Live in under a week
Send us your brand assets, and get your first client live. It takes days, not a quarter. There is no integration project, no certification course, and no minimums to negotiate first.
A roadmap you steer
The multi-tenant partner console, where one login shows every client's score and POA&M status, is on the near-term roadmap, built alongside our premier partners. Your workflow dictates how we build it, not the other way around.
Premier partner terms
Premier terms go to 25 firms, first to sign. The cap is program design, not theater: 25 firms is what white-glove onboarding can absorb. The demand behind it is not going anywhere: as of July 13, 2026, DoD suspended CMMC Phase 2 (the third-party C3PAO-assessment requirement) pending a 60-day review, but the NIST 800-171 self-assessment and SPRS score requirement remains in force, and primes still set their own compliance deadlines — so the documentation work still lands on your desk.
- The pricing above, locked for the life of the partnership
- The partner console built around your workflow, not handed to you finished
- A direct line to the owner, because premier deals are negotiated by a human
A co-branded readiness check, keyed to you
Active partners get a co-branded SPRS check to drop into their own site under their name. Every contractor who runs it lands in your pipeline, because the widget hands them to you rather than to us. It's browser-only and never asks for CUI.
We configure the embed and your branding during onboarding and key it to your account, so it is not a public snippet anyone can copy. That is the point: it keeps the co-branded funnel, and the leads it produces, yours alone.

Three fields, direct reply from the owner — or email partners@passmuster.co if you prefer. No marketing list; we reply to your inquiry and that’s it. No CUI here, none needed.
Straight answers
Is the documentation really assessor-grade?
Straight answer: these are strong drafts, not finished attestations. Every statement is assembled from the client's own structured answers, nothing is invented, and every artifact in a paid engagement passes a compliance-QA review before delivery. You and your client review and approve before anything is used. We never promise certification outcomes, and you shouldn't either, because nobody controls what a C3PAO concludes.
Who owns the client?
You do. Deal registration is binding on us: your contract, your pricing, your relationship, your renewal. Muster has no field sales team to route around you, and the no-poach pledge is written into the partner agreement, not implied.
What does Muster NOT do?
Three things, by design. We never ingest CUI: the platform works from descriptions of how systems operate, not their contents, which keeps your clients' controlled data out of scope entirely. We run no field sales, so partner-registered accounts are never worked by us. And we give no legal advice: we draft documentation and compute scores, while FCA and contract-interpretation questions belong with counsel.
What is live today, and what is on the roadmap?
Live now: the full 110-requirement assessment engine with the DoD scoring methodology, POA&M-eligibility analysis, and SSP and POA&M draft generation. Run the free assessment yourself before you email us. Being built right now with our premier partners: partner branding, the multi-tenant console, and the embeddable score widget. Premier partners lock their pricing for the life of the partnership, which is the point of signing now rather than later.
Judge the writing yourself
Here's a sample SSP draft the engine generated from a fictional 28-person machine shop, with no email required. If it doesn't beat what your team produces at 11pm, don't sign.
